1. Business Development Executive - Singapore

To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated, be able to work independently, have a passion for technology and social media, and a strong desire to be part of a rapidly growing business. You should be able to understand and clearly articulate the business value of our technology to our clients and efficiently manage a sales pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very fast-paced company in a new and exciting space. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Direct sales of Brand Karma to individual hotels globally with an initial focus on the SEA region
• Account management of Brand Karma clients, acting as the key point-of-contact for account inquiries
• Sales pipeline management from multiple lead sources
• Assisting business development team with other tasks as required

As we are a young and growing company, you should be comfortable wearing many different hats and doing whatever it takes to build our client base and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity and extendable based on performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree
• 1-3 years of professional experience in sales/business development, preferably in a B2B or B2C web technology/marketing company or e-commerce/marketing in the hospitality industry
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Very confident and organised, good attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Display professional maturity beyond years of experience
• Previous experience with CRM tools to manage a sales pipeline a plus
• Candidates with bilingual skills will be advantaged - particularly Asian languages
• Experience and understanding of the Travel and Hospitality industries is also a plus

2. Technical Product Manager - Singapore

At Circos, Product Management bridges our business and our technology. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be the critical link between our clients, sales and marketing team, and our development organization. You will gain exposure to all parts of our growing technology company, while ensuring our products support the company's strategy and goals.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly versatile: a big picture thinker who can easily dive into technical details with senior developers. You should be able to understand and clearly articulate the business value of technology to our clients, find creative solutions to big problems, and efficiently juggle several projects at the same time.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Owning and driving the product roadmap – this includes designing and documenting new features in well-written specifications, sitemaps, and wireframes
• Being an expert within the travel technology space, with a deep knowledge of our competitors
• Documenting products and features for our clients in easy-to-understand user guides
• Project managing client expectations and internal development deliverables
• Creating and delivering product demos to various clients and sales prospects
• Managing beta and pilot programs with early-stage features and releases

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering
• 3+ years of professional experience in product or program management for a B2B or B2C web technology
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Passionate about travel technologies, social media, and up-and-coming trends within the travel and technology spaces
• Technically proficient – you should be comfortable writing basic web programming code and understanding web architecture and databases
• Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Chinese, or Japanese. Candidates with bilingual skills will be advantaged.

3. Software Engineer - Singapore

Our software engineers are master coders who are passionate about technology, and have a deep appreciation and understanding of algorithms and data structures. As part of this team, you will be working on very interesting problems in numerous domains such as Distributed Computing, Information Retrieval, Data Mining, Natural Language Processing, and other cutting-edge Web 2.0 technologies.

This is a 1 year contract opportunity.

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent, PhD in Computer Science a plus.
• 3+ years of direct software development experience.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional coding and/or scripting skills will be considered.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent coding skills in C, C++, or Java, Python is a plus.
• Good scripting skills in at least one common language (Perl, Python, Shell).
• Highly proficient in a Unix/Linux environment.
• Strong knowledge of internet technologies.

4. Software Engineer (Testing/QA) - Singapore

As a Software Engineer in our Testing and Quality Assurance team, you will examine, validate, and test large scale software development and deployment projects as well as help design and build intelligent systems that can explore various use cases and scenarios.

This is a 1 year contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• To work with the development teams to automate testing, and create new test harnesses.
• Creating test cases from user requirements, use cases and design documentation
• Ensure an appropriate mix of functional, regression and integration testing for each release.
• Report, track, and test QA issues identified and ensure critical issues are resolved.
• Implement new automation tools and create innovative automated test systems.

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent, PhD in Computer Science a plus.

You need to be an avid reader with a broad range of interests, and have a healthy, robust command of the English and/or Chinese Language(s). As a quality analyst, you will work with engineers to help improve the quality of our analyzer module(s).

This is a long-term contract opportunity, requiring at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, and score the accuracy of results produced by our analyzer module(s).
• Work with the Engineering team to define, enhance, and improve the linguistic and semantic rules.
• Work with the Engineering team to define, enhance, and improve the domain-specific dictionaries.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent, MS/PhD in Language a plus.
• Fluency in one of the following languages: English, or Chinese.
• Extensive familiarity with the culture and media.
• Experience, knowledge and/or research relating to social media a plus.

We are currently looking for developers are who have good skills and experience in implementing commercial Web sites, using cutting edge Web 2.0 technologies.

This is a contract position with an initial 2 months period but renewal depending on performance.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent, MS in Computer Science a plus.
• 2+ years of direct experience in Web development.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional coding skills will be considered.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in Python, and Web development using Django framework.
